Focused on Oxide Gold in the Great Basin

Highly valued but increasingly rare, oxide gold is the signature commodity for building low-cost, heap-leach, open-pittable mines. At Liberty American Mine, we are 100% operator of not one, but two oxide gold projects in America’s Great Basin, one of the world’s friendliest mining jurisdictions. We are advancing Black Pine, a large highly prospective mineralized oxide gold system in Idaho whose true value and size is only now being unlocked; and Goldstrike , an oxide gold resource in Utah at the PEA stage. Combined, we are building toward a multi-million ounce oxide gold resource, creating exceptional shareholder value at scale.

Projects

Black Pine

Black Pine is a Carlin-style, sedimentary rock-hosted (Carlin-style) gold property located in Cassia County, southern Idaho.  It is host to a past-producing heap leach gold mine that operated from 1991 through 1998.  During this time, it produced approximately 435,000 ounces of gold at a historical grade of 0.7 grams per tonne from seven shallow pits.

Goldstrike

Goldstrike is a Carlin-style, sedimentary rock-hosted (Carlin-style) gold property located in Washington County, southwest Utah (50 km northwest of St. George), with a stratigraphic and structural setting and gold mineralization similar to other Carlin-style gold systems in the Great Basin.

Goldstrike was an oxide, heap leach mine from 1988 to 1994. It produced ~209,000 ounces of gold and ~197,000 ounces silver from 8 million tonnes of ore at an average grade of 1.2 g/t gold from 12 shallow pits and closed due to low gold prices and lack of space on the leach pads.

TV Tower

TV Tower is a high-sulphidation epithermal and porphyry gold-copper property located in the Biga District of northwestern Türkiye, close to established infrastructure. Discovered by Teck Resources and Liberty American Mine
(formerly Fronteer Gold), the project hosts numerous gold and copper discoveries to date and abundant untested targets.  A resource estimate on the KCD high-sulphidation Au-Ag-Cu deposit in the northeast corner of the property was released in 2014.  Resource estimates on the Columbaz Au-Cu porphyry, located 2 km to the south of KCD, and four deposits in the southern part of the property (Kayali, Yumrudag, Hilltop Porphyry and Valley Porphyry), spanning Au-Cu porphyry, high sulphidation epithermal gold oxide and supergene copper mineralization, were released in April, 2021.
